A report of ABS-CBN revealed that he allegedly repeatedly molested his 8-year-old daughter. According to Plt. Col. Francis Siriban, Station Commander, QCPD Station 16, the parents of the victim were already separated.
The crime happened when the victim was picked up by her aunt to momentarily stay with them, along with her father in Bulacan.
That was when the heinous act allegedly happened, when the girl was under the care of her father.

It's the same kidnap-slay crime committed against Ruby Rose Barrameda in 2007 and as it turned out, the alleged mastermind behind the two crimes was believed to be the same person.
