Larry Gadon, nag-file ng disbarment case laban kay VP Sara Duterte

- Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation Secretary Larry Gadon filed a disbarment case against VP Sara Duterte on Wednesday

- He urged the Supreme Court to initiate on its own a disbarment proceedings against the vice president

- This came after her tirades against Pres. Bongbong Marcos, Jr.

- He also mentioned in GMA News' report that he now regrets supporting the Dutertes

Presidential Adviser for Poverty Alleviation Secretary Larry Gadon filed a disbarment case against Vice President Sara Duterte.

GMA News reported that Gadon filed the case following the pronouncement of the vice president against Pres. Bongbong Marcos.

“Such statements coming from the second highest official of the land, seen and heard by millions of Filipinos are undoubtedly illegal, immoral, and condemnable," Gadon stated in his letter to the SC.
“As a lawyer herself, she should be disbarred," Gadon stated.

Aside from the disbarment, Gadon also would like the vice president to resign saying that he is sure she would be impeached in the next Congress.

“Mag-resign siya. Dahil sinisiguro ko, siguradong-sigurado ako, na sa next Congress siya ay i-impeach,” he stated.

He also noted that he regrets supporting the Dutertes, calling he vice president as immature.

“Yes, I really regret… Eh hindi ko naman akalain na ganyan pala sila eh… ‘Yung statements ni Vice President Sara, napaka-immature. Kulang na kulang sa statesmanship. At saka hindi siya nag-aaral, basta nalang siya nagsasalita ng ano,” he said.

In yet another news, a man was assaulted as he was trying to get his 13th month pay from his previous employer. According to the report of ABS-CBN, the victim, Christian Tecson, was going out of the place of employment when he was assaulted. His cellphone was taken by the suspects, and a hot pursuit operation that ensued resulted in the arrest of the two suspects. It was found that an employee of the company tasked the suspects to assault the victim in exchange for payment and a job at the company.
