Evelyn Ruelan was stunned to find out she was listed as already married.
While trying to secure a CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) with someone's help, she instead received a Certificate of Marriage.
The document stated that she married an Indian national in Valenzuela City on November 16, 2023.
Evelyn, who is currently pregnant, claimed she has never been to Valenzuela City and does not know the man named in the document.

What worried her the most was that all the information in the document were accurate.
She plans on going to the PSA office in Bacolod for an investigation.

Thankfully, the suspect was caught by a security guard, and the victim was quickly taken to the hospital and is now recovering from the wound.
