PNP, isinapubliko ang umano’y mastermind at motibo sa pagpatay kay Lerms at Arvin Lulu

- Maranan also said that the pieces of evidence were leading toward the suspect's debt to the victims, amounting to P13 million pesos, and competition in online selling

The Philippine National Police has finally publicized the name of the mastermind behind the death of famous online sellers Lerms Lulu and Arvin Lulu.

This was announced at a press conference held in San Fernando, Pampanga, today.

According to a LIVE report by DZRH News Television, the mastermind is Anthony Cawagas. He and 6 other suspects responsible for the gunning of Lerms and Arvin were named and arrested.

Police Regional Office (PRO) 3 Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan said that Cawagas is also an online seller like the killed couple.

According to Rappler, authorities are also currently reviewing CCTV footages for possible identification of the perpetrators. It can be recalled that Lerms Lulu, a popular online seller, and her husband, Arvin, were killed in a broad daylight ambush in Mexico, Pampanga. Reports say the couple were rushed to the hospital after the incident but were both declared dead on arrival.

Earlier this month, Lerms Lulu, a popular online seller, and her husband Arvin Lulu, were killed in a broad daylight ambush in Pampanga. Lerms Lulu, whose real name is Lerma Waje Lulu, is one of the top distributors of “Brilliant Skin,” a rising cosmetic brand. In a report by Rappler quoting police authorities, the victims were onboard their vehicle when the incident happened. Many netizens, expressing shock at what happened, condoled with the family of the victims and also demanded justice for their untimely demise.
