VP Sara Duterte, hindi nanumpa nang humarap sa hearing ng kamara

Vice President Sara Duterte opted not to take her oath when she faced the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability.

The rest of the witnesses and resource persons stood up to take their oath, while she sat down.

She said that she came there as a resource person and not as a witness, and that she cannot be forced to take oath based on House rules.
