Guo is making the rounds on social media after she was nabbed in Tangerang City in Indonesia.
GMA News posted the video, which shows Guo being arrested by Indonesian police.
In the video, it could also be noticed that Guo cut her hair short.

Alice Leal Guo is the Mayor of the Municipality of Bamban, Tarlac. She won as mayor during the national elections in 2022. She became known nationwide after her name was dragged into the ongoing Senate investigations regarding Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations or (POGO) and the alleged proliferation of illegal immigrants. Her name has been the subject of many online memes since then.
Earlier, Alice Guo's photo at Kuala Lumpur International Airport is making the rounds on social media. The picture was taken on July 21 before she flew to Singapore. In the photo from Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), Guo was seen together with a female companion. Just recently, two of Guo's companions were arrested in Indonesia.
Alice Guo’s sister, Shiela Guo, is now at the Senate detention facility. She arrived at the facility on August 26 after the National Bureau of Investigation transferred custody to the Senate Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms, as per the Philippine star. According to PTV, Shiela also underwent inventory and medical test. It can be recalled that Shiela and Cassandra Li Ong were nabbed in Indonesia and brought back to the Philippines last August 22.
