Nel Spencer Tiu, the boyfriend of 19-year-old Ashley Abad who died during the pre-Sinulog party has finally come out in the open.

Together with his parents, Nel appeared at the Cebu City Police Office.

KAMI learned that he denied giving Ashley the party substance on that fateful night.

According to Sunstar's report, investigators who were tasked to work on the case of Abad interviewed the primary suspect.

Debold Sinas, Chief of Police Regional Office - Central Visayas, stated that he could not yet divulge other names that may be likely involved in the incident.

It can be recalled that Pres. Rodrigo Duterte gave marching orders to arrest Ashley's boyfriend and their other companions.

A video of the last moments of Ashley also circulated online.
