ABS-CBN reported that there were more than 10 people who were trapped under the Pasong Tamo Bridge in Mindanao Avenue due to the raging waters brought about by Carina.

Included among those trapped were four children and some elderly.

Three were already brought to safe ground and rescue efforts were still ongoing.

The news outfit has been updating the public with regards the effects of Carina.

In some areas, the floodwaters have reached as high as the second floor, particularly in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

The suspect behind the killing of an Australian and two Filipinas at a hotel in Tagaytay City has voluntarily surrendered.
