ABS-CBN reported that there were more than 10 people who were trapped under the Pasong Tamo Bridge in Mindanao Avenue due to the raging waters brought about by Carina.

Included among those trapped were four children and some elderly.

Three were already brought to safe ground and rescue efforts were still ongoing.
