A video showing a five year old kid from Roxas City in Capiz crying profusely after thinking that Cardo of Ang Probinsyano has died in the culmination of the Philippines’ longest-running TV action-series has gone viral.

In a video uploaded by a certain Mary Jane Dario, one can see a little boy, said to be named Justin, bawling uncontrollably as Cardo fell down after getting hit by a rain of bullets.

Cardo’s fellow members of Task Force Agila also succumbed to bullet wounds after enemy fire hit them.

This must have proved too much for Justin to handle that he started to cry uncontrollably to the point that he turned off their TV set to the consternation of his older companions watching with him.

Even when a voice in the background told him that Cardo did not die, the five-year-old boy would not stop crying.

According to ABS-CBN News, Justin’s mother said that Justin idolizes Cardo so much that he would watch “Ang Probinsyano” night after night.

The longest running TV action-series on Philippine TV finally closed its curtains on August 12 after almost seven years of airing.

Ang Probinsyano began airing on September 28, 2015 and upon its culmination, it had a total of 1,696 episodes.

"Ang Probinsyano" is one of the longest-running TV series of ABS-CBN. Its lead character has been Coco Martin from the very beginning.

'FPJ's Ang Probinsyano' aired its final episode on Friday, August 12. It finally came to an end after nearly seven years of giving exciting episodes. Multiple trending topics related to the show also landed spots on Twitter. These include #FPJAP7MissionAccomplished, Coco Martin, Mr. President and Cardo Dalisay, among others.

Previously, Sen. Grace Poe expressed in a video her gratitude to those who are part of the success of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.” In the video shared by Dreamscape Entertainment, the senator sincerely thanked the show’s loyal viewers. The adoptive daughter of late Philippine film icons Fernando Poe, Jr. and Susan Roces also thanked the show’s cast and crew, especially Coco Martin. She also invited everyone to watch the Kapamilya series up to its last episode on Friday.
