She asked him if she can hug her ex-boyfriend for one last time. Apparently, the ex-boyfriend was there, but he did not cause any trouble for the bride and groom.
So when the ex-boyfriend went up to the bride and groom, the bride made the unique one last hug request to her ex and the groom did not actually deny the request, but allowed his bride to do so.
The ex-boyfriend then faced the guy to shake his hand and they likewise gave each other a hug.
Now this is something that people don't see everyday.
