The celebration took place at Arime Hotspring Resort, the family’s private resort in Los Baños, where they held a fun poolside celebration.

Jose shared a reel on Instagram on Tuesday, June 30, highlighting key moments from the birthday celebration and giving a glimpse of how the family spent Yael’s special day at their resort.

Based on visuals, the celebration featured a vibrant Roblox-themed setup. The backdrop displayed Yael’s name against a deep blue design, surrounded by colorful balloon arrangements. A large Roblox-style emblem, along with a “Game On Birthday” sign and a prominent number “9,” completed the gaming-inspired décor. Yael was also seen posing for photos while holding his birthday loot bag.

Jose Manalo is a Filipino comedian and TV host. He is one of the regular hosts of “Eat Bulaga,” the longest-running noontime variety program on Philippine television. The show premiered on July 30, 1979. Its pioneer hosts include showbiz icons Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon.

In an interview with Toni Gonzaga, Jose shared that he started at “Eat Bulaga” in 1994 as a production assistant and audition master. The comedian said he never considered his work on the show as a job, as he simply enjoyed having fun and interacting with his colleagues. From working as a floor director, he gradually caught the attention of TVJ due to his quick responses and natural wit on camera. Despite his success, Jose remains humble and considers his journey from behind the camera to becoming a well-known host as an inspiration.
