Queen of All Media Kris Aquino has sent a statement to her close friend, Boy Abunda, about her health. Boy will read Kris’s statement tonight on his GMA show, “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.”

According to Boy, Kris is having a difficult time with her health and she made him promise not to cry while reading her statement, implying that her health has worsened.

Boy promised Kris that he will try his best not to cry when he reads the statement tonight. The episode coincides with Kris’s 53rd birthday today, February 14.

“A couple of days ago ay nakausap ko po ang aking kapatid, si Kris Aquino.

"Tomorrow, she is celebrating her birthday. And we’re going live again tomorrow dahil Kris requested me to read a very important statement tungkol sa kanyang kalagayan.

“Sabi nga niya, ‘Utang ko sa milyun-milyong tao na nagdarasal para sa akin.’

"Sabi niya, ‘Boy, it has to be you. You have to read my statement para maunawaan ng tao.’ Kris is going through a very difficult time in her life.

"Sabi niya sa akin, ‘Para mas maintindihang mabuti, promise me Boy, you will not cry.’ Sabi ko, ‘Kris, aantayin ko ang iyong statement and I will try not to cry,’“ Boy said.

Kris Aquino, is a Pinay actress, TV host, producer, endorser, and businesswoman. She was born on February 14, 1971, to former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino, Jr. and former President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino. She has two sons, Joshua and Bimby.

Meanwhile, Kris Aquino said that an article about her romance with Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste published on November 9 is no longer accurate. The actress-host revealed that she broke up with Mark last November 3. She explained that she broke up with Mark because of the difficulties of maintaining a long-distance relationship while she was battling auto-immune illnesses.
