Alyssa Quijano, the ex-girlfriend of singer Jake Zyrus, auditioned for ABS-CBN's newest talent show 'Idol Philippines.'

During the show, Alyssa mentioned her past with Jake Zyrus.

"Marami akong na-sacrifice doon sa relationship namin. So I stopped singing, nawala yung Alyssa na kilala ko," Alyssa shared.

KAMI learned that Jake's mom, Raquel Pempengco took to social media to comment on Alyssa's statement during her audition.

"Sana di na sinama pa ang publicity...if she wants to make it on top...

"avoid to use others...just saying...past is past...

"you can tell other story to avoid mentioning other person.

"Magaling ka i know. You can do it on top by your own name....," Raquel said.

Jake Zyrus is a Filipino singer who gained popularity few years ago through Youtube. He underwent gender transition including the removal of a private part and the start of taking testosterone treatment.
