Lolit Solis, 74, has stirred buzz all over social media when she recently wrote about Kris Aquino and her ex-fiancé, Mel Senen Sarmiento, on Instagram.
On Sunday, January 23, KAMI learned that the veteran columnist revealed that there is a chance that Kris and Mel might reconcile.
"Balitang baka magkabalikan sila Kris Aquino at papa Mel Sarmiento Salve," Lolit began in her viral online post.

According to Lolit, it seems like Mel truly does love Kris and said there are signs hinting at their possible reconciliation.

"May mga sign daw na baka bumalik si Papa Mel kay Kris dahil talaga daw love nito ang nanay nila Joshua at Bimby. In fairness naman kay Kris talagang pag minahal ka niya all out siya para sa iyo. Siguro nga naramdaman ni Papa Mel na sayang kundi bibigyan ng second chance ang kanilang relasyon lalo pa nga at tanggap ng kani-kanilang pamilya ang kanilang love sa isa’t isa."
Lolit could not help but express her happiness for Kris and said that love is "lovelier the second time around."
"Well, love is lovelier the second time around, kaya sige na Kris at Papa Mel, back na kayo sa isa’t isa, kiss and make up na," she wrote.
It is worth noting that back on January 3, 2022, Kris confirmed her break up with Mel in a lengthy post on her Instagram account, @krisaquino.
