The theater actress announced the passing of their nine-year-old Chow Chow, Charlie the Hunterbear Guevara-Laforteza of the Greenhills, through an Instagram post on November 1. Alongside a collection of photographs documenting their years together, Carla expressed how difficult it was to accept the loss of someone who had become such an important part of her life.
“I don't know how I'm going to move on from this. It is the most painful feeling to lose someone you love,” she wrote.
The photos she shared featured several treasured memories with Charlie, including family moments and pictures from their photoshoots. One particularly meaningful image dated back to 2016, showing Carla holding Charlie in her arms for the first time.
