"Ako, yes I got my nose done. Honestly, hindi ako napipikon kapag lumalabas 'yung older photos ko, kasi kaunti lang naman 'yung pinagbago. I think everyone goes through a glow-up stage. I think everyone goes through na dati wala akong pake sa itsura ko, ngayon may pake na ako," AZ answered.

Beyond her appearance, AZ explained that her old photographs carry sentimental value. She does not want to lose these memories because some of the pictures capture meaningful moments from her younger years, including those spent with her father.

When the discussion shifted to whether cosmetic enhancements should remain a taboo subject, AZ expressed her belief that people should have the freedom to decide whether to share or keep their procedures private. She also pointed out that undergoing such treatments involves considerable expenses, physical discomfort, and courage.

"I feel like it's your own choice. If you want to keep it a secret, that's fine. Pero, we shouldn't judge people for going through enhancements. We should empower them because it takes so much confidence, it takes so much like courage for you to go through 'yung mga knife and everything; kasi grabe, ang sakit ng enhancements at ang gastos," AZ emphasized.

She further encouraged people to change how they view individuals who choose to undergo cosmetic procedures. Rather than making negative comments about their decisions, she believes the public should recognize their efforts to become more confident and comfortable with themselves.

"Honestly, we should be proud of those who have so much courage for going through that. Ba't niyo sila ija-judge, you should empower them, we should love them more, kasi they are starting to love themselves. If they wanna be more confident, and if that's their way of being confident, then we should accept that and we should love them for who they are," she added.

Through her statements, AZ highlighted the importance of respecting individual choices and creating a more accepting environment for people who decide to enhance their appearance.
