Kris Aquino expressed her desire to return to television, revealing that she would love to work on a show again with longtime friend and fellow television personality Boy Abunda.

During her appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on Wednesday, October 28, the Queen of All Media admitted that she misses being in front of the cameras. However, she also made it clear that a possible television comeback would be more meaningful if she could share the experience with Boy.
Kris recently made several public appearances, including being featured on a magazine cover and participating in Netflix's C.H.I.K.A. (Chief Head of Insights and Kontent Analysis) promotional campaign.
She explained that her involvement in the campaign was actually prompted by fashion designer Michael Leyva, who had taken good care of her and her family.

“Inalagaan kami ni Michael talaga, so when he said, 'Please,' I said, 'Shocks, baka kung ano'ng sabihin ng mga tao. Itong babaeng 'to, umaarte nanaman.' Pero I said, 'Okay, for you. Let's do it,'” sabi ni Kris.
The actress admitted that she initially worried about how people would perceive her appearance. Nevertheless, she was pleasantly surprised by the positive response and expressed her gratitude to those who continued to support her.
With her recent activities attracting attention, Boy asked whether she was already longing to return to television.
Kris immediately confirmed that she was interested in doing so, although she had someone particular in mind as her preferred television partner.
“Yes! Boy, I would love to, but I think TV without you would not be worth it for me. I think na dapat kung babalik man, dapat ang babalikan, 'yung kasama mo 'yung hari.”
Her statement prompted Boy to thank her for the heartfelt remark. He also shared that if he ever decided to conclude his career and retire from the industry, he would want Kris to be part of that final chapter.
Boy further admitted that people from the entertainment industry had repeatedly expressed their hope of seeing the two reunite in a television program.
He recalled that the possibility of working together again had already been discussed between them, including the idea of starting a podcast where they could freely talk about different subjects.
“Nakaka-miss lang kasi kapag ako ay lumalabas, even people from the industry would say, 'I really hope you and Kris would be able to do a show again.' Sabi ko, 'Matagal na naming pinag-uusapan 'yun.' Remember we talked about it, we can do a podcast without anything, I mean, we can just talk about anything forever.”
Kris then responded with a humorous remark about the possible consequences of their unfiltered conversations.
“And have so many enemies after."
Their exchange highlighted the strong friendship and chemistry that audiences have long associated with the two television personalities.
Although no specific television comeback project was announced during the interview, Kris made it clear that she remains interested in returning to the industry, especially if she gets to work alongside Boy once again.
