“There are some brands that are quite avoiding the topic. Sometimes, I'm also avoiding brands that are supporting Israel and boycotting them in some way,” she said.

Despite her decision to distance herself from certain brands, Gazini clarified that her position should not be interpreted as opposition to Israeli people themselves. She acknowledged that many individuals on the other side of the conflict may also have good intentions.

“But it's just that we're stuck in this era where we have to stand by humanity, Tito Boy. It doesn't matter how,” she explained.

For Gazini, the issue goes beyond public advocacy or professional considerations. Her Filipino-Palestinian background gives her a personal connection to the conflict, as several members of her family remain in Palestine, including her father.

The beauty queen also highlighted the plight of children caught in the violence, stressing that they should not have to suffer because of circumstances beyond their control.

“It doesn't matter it's just only for my family, but also because these kids have no choice,” she said.

Her remarks underscore how her heritage and family connections have influenced her decision to speak publicly about Palestine, even when doing so may affect professional relationships.
