The Kapuso afternoon series entitled “Prima Donnas” has defeated its rival “Kadenang Ginto” when it comes to television ratings.
KAMI learned that the week-long ratings of the two popular programs were already released to the public.

It can be seen that the GMA-7 drama series already dethroned the Dimples Romana-led show as the number one afternoon program on television.
On Monday, January 6, Prima Donnas was able to receive 20.9 percent TV rating as compared to the 17.4 percent that its rival registered.
The figures were based on the survey conducted by Kantar Media, a popular audience measurement firm in the Philippines.
Meanwhile, the average ratings of the Kapuso show for its December 30 to January 3 episodes were still higher than what Kadenang Ginto received.
The teleserye, which stars Jillian Ward, Althea Ablan and Sofia Pablo, managed to average 16.7 percent while the ABS-CBN program only registered 15.2 percent for the said week.
