Angel discussed the topic during the “Chika o Add to Cart” segment of GTV’s Chika Cart on Monday, October 12. The segment challenges guests to decide whether they are willing to answer a question placed inside a box by choosing “Chika” or decline to answer by selecting “Add to Cart.”

When presented with a question about her supposed appeal to older men, Angel chose to answer it directly.

“Meron. S'yempre meron. S'yempre sa industry natin, meron talaga.”

The actress acknowledged that some older men had indeed expressed interest in dating her. Her response suggested that such advances were not entirely unfamiliar to her, especially within the entertainment industry.

However, Angel clarified that just because older men have shown interest does not mean she is necessarily attracted to them. She explained that she generally feels more comfortable with men whose ages are closer to hers.

“Personally kasi, hindi ko siya bet. Hindi naman siguro old talaga, okay lang siguro 'yung a little older than me. Older than 30s, p'wede,” Angel said.

Her statement indicated that she was open to dating someone slightly older, provided the age difference remained within her comfort zone. Rather than setting an exact age requirement, she emphasized that her preference depended on what felt right for her.

The conversation continued as the show's hosts teased her about the kind of man she would consider dating. Angel then offered a clearer picture of her preferred age range, explaining that she was not comfortable with the idea of dating someone beyond their 40s.

“Wala naman talagang certain age na sasabihin ko. Hindi siguro okay sa akin 'yung older than 40s siguro. 30s, sige, okay lang sa akin,” Angel said.

Her answer highlighted her preference for men in their 30s while leaving room for someone slightly older. Although she does not have a strict numerical requirement, she established a personal limit when discussing potential romantic partners.
