“Nahimatay ako sa stress and heat,” Cassy said.

Her revelation prompted host Vice Ganda to ask about the circumstances surrounding the incident, particularly why her companion failed to look after her despite the two traveling together.

“So ibig sabihin, kayong magkasamang umalis. Tapos noong may nangyari sa iyo, hindi ka inaalagaan? Bakit daw?” Vice Ganda asked.

Cassy admitted that she did not know why her friend acted that way.

“Hindi. Hindi ko rin alam,” Cassy replied.

The situation became even more concerning when Cassy's family learned that she had been admitted to the hospital without anyone taking care of her. Her father, actor Zoren Legaspi, immediately arranged a flight to be with his daughter after finding out what had happened.

Zoren explained that the trip was among the first occasions when they had allowed Cassy to travel independently, despite their initial reservations as parents.

“Nalaman namin na-ospital, walang nag-aalaga sa kanya dahil solo flight, e. Isa sa mga first time na pinayagan (namin) kahit ayaw namin,” Zoren explained.

The actor's account highlighted the family's concern upon learning that Cassy was dealing with the medical emergency without the expected support from the person accompanying her.

When Zoren arrived at the hospital, however, Cassy's former friend was no longer there. According to him, the friend had already left after deciding that she no longer wanted to see the actress.

“Pinauwi niya dahil ayaw niya nang makita,” Zoren added.

Following the incident, Cassy chose not to continue communicating with her former friend. Rather than confront the situation further, she decided to unfriend the woman, marking the end of their relationship.

Cassy Legaspi is a Filipino actress, television host, performer, and commercial model managed by Sparkle GMA Artist Center. The twin sister of Mavy Legaspi and daughter of veteran actors Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel, she gained widespread popularity for her roles in television series like First Yeka and First Lady, as well as her stint hosting Sarap, 'Di Ba?.

In another report, Mavy Legaspi recalled an alleged incident during the filming of his first television series when he was just 17. He said a director reprimanded and embarrassed him after misinterpreting his joke about going for a swim when rain interrupted a pool scene. Mavy clarified that his comment was not aimed at another actor and shared that he chose to deal with the situation himself.
