In her caption, Nadine shared the touching backstory behind the surprise:

"A surprise she never thought would happen. 🥺💖 Happiest birthday, my love, Heather! 🎂✨ Watch till the end. 🥺 Backstory: Ayaw talaga ng dad niya magkaroon ng dog sa house for certain reasons, so she said, 'Duck na lang.' 🦆 And she really worked hard to have one—until now, she still sells squishies. ☺️"

Nadine praised Heather for being understanding and proving her responsibility before receiving a dog.

"Fast forward, we surprised her with a duck, and she was SUPER happy with it. But deep inside, her heart’s desire has always been to have a dog. 🐶💖 She respected her dad’s decision without questioning it.
