"From bump to baby 👶🏼 Unlocking the vault to share a few favorite moments from this journey 🤍 Nine months of learning to trust my body in a whole new way. Watching it adapt, bring our baby into the world, and step into motherhood has been the most humbling experience," Joj wrote.

Joj highlighted the vital support of her husband and the positive impact of staying physically active.

"Having my husband as my main support system, along with staying active, made the whole journey so much easier. AMEN to that!!" she shared.

The new mom also offered comforting words of advice to fellow women who are currently going through pregnancy or adjusting to early postpartum life, one that touched many of her followers on the app.

"To any mama currently in it: trust your strength and give yourself grace. Holding my baby now, I’m so excited to start sharing a more real, intentional side of this next chapter.
