Karla then explained that she initially thought the instruction meant something different.

Vice Ganda, who hosts the musical game show, immediately responded to the confusion. The comedian jokingly pointed out that she had other players with her even though she appeared ready to handle the task herself.

The host also reminded her that the game was intended for five players.

As they continued discussing what happened, Vice mentioned that he had already gone through a lengthy explanation of the rules.

“Ang haba-haba nung mechanics na binasa ko,” he told her.

Karla, however, maintained that one particular detail had not been made clear to her.

“Hindi na-explain ’yun,” she replied.

Their back-and-forth turned the simple misunderstanding into a funny part of the segment.

Vice continued guiding the participants before eventually asking them to proceed with the game.

ABS-CBN later highlighted the moment in a reel posted on its official Instagram account. An overlay on the video pointed to Karla getting confused by the instruction.

Instead of explaining the entire mix-up in its social media caption, the network simply teased the moment with, “Maybe we got lost in translation~.”

For Karla, the confusion was eventually cleared up after Vice explained how the players were supposed to take their turns. The group was then able to continue with the challenge.
