Ivana Alawi became emotional and proud after seeing the transformation in Tatay Jesus' life during her return to Bicol.

In her YouTube vlog titled “FARM + HOUSE TOUR WITH TATAY JESUS,” the content creator visited him after months of waiting. She explained that the trip had been postponed because of the rainy season.
Ivana wanted to see the difference between the day they first met and his present situation. Upon arriving, she immediately admired the spacious house he had helped build with guidance from others.
The property already had several rooms, a second floor, and a wide interior. However, some parts, including doors and the kitchen, still needed work. The celebrity took note of the unfinished areas so she could help provide what was still needed.

Outside, the actress discovered that Tatay Jesus had been taking care of several animals. These included chickens, ducks, goats, pigs, a cow, and a puppy. He also planted vegetables such as eggplant, squash, pechay, okra, corn, and sweet potato.
Seeing the productive farm made Ivana proud of how he used the support given to him.
“Talagang inalagaan niya 'yung blessing niya,” she said.
The star was also pleased that he personally fed the animals and tended the plants each day. Instead of returning to Manila, he said he planned to stay in Bicol and continue developing the property.
When asked about his next dream, Tatay Jesus answered, “Palaguin ko na lang 'yung mga hayop. Alagaan ko 'yung mga pananim.”
His answer touched Ivana because of the major change in his life. She recalled how he previously had no permanent home and had experienced sleeping on the streets. Now, he has a house, a small farm, and a source of food and livelihood.
“Nakaka-proud. Nakaka-touch sa puso,” the actress shared while looking around the property.
During their conversation, Tatay Jesus also spoke about his difficult childhood. He recalled helping his siblings and eventually stopping school because their family could not afford his transportation and other needs. He later worked as a construction helper in Manila and developed skills through experience.
Before leaving, the vlogger gave him P30,000 for his animals and other expenses. She also said they would set up an account where he could withdraw money for his daily needs. A phone would be provided so his family could teach him how to use it.
Ivana added that her team regularly checks on the people she has helped. She explained that her responsibility to them continues even when these updates are not shown in every video.
She promised to return and encouraged Tatay Jesus to continue expanding his farm. The personality also planned to provide partners for some of his animals so they could multiply.
