The post featured a series of photographs, starting with a family portrait holding their newborns, followed by a look at an ultrasound screen, and a close-up of the babies.

Bettinna bared that a week after learning about her pregnancy, her doctor ordered an immediate ultrasound check. Because of her past medical history with an ectopic pregnancy, the couple went to a mall diagnostic center on a quiet Sunday.

The medical professional initially gave them great news by confirming that the pregnancy was completely stable and safe. However, just two seconds later, the mood in the room shifted entirely as the OB noticed something different.

“HOLD ON PARANG I SEE TWO,” the doctor suddenly said, leaving Bettinna in absolute shock. “PO???????????” she recalled responding.

Upon a closer review of the ultrasound scan, the doctor located a secondary sac hiding in the right corner with a tiny, separate flickering heartbeat at just 6 weeks along.

Interestingly, the pregnancy came with a fascinating medical twist. As displayed on the monitor, the babies showed a 10-day gap in terms of their physical development.

"“Nauna yung isa, sumunod yung pangalawa pero sabay silang lalabas.” - Doc said. THIS WAS PROBABLY THE BIGGEST SHOCK OF OUR LIVES (by far)."

The celebrity mom beautifully reflected on the surprise, noting that it showed her a glimpse of divine power answering a secret heart desire she never actively voiced.

In a funny twist of events, her daughter Gummy had even joked in the car right before the check-up, asking, “Mummy what if twins?!”—a comment that Bettinna completely brushed off at the time.

"And lo and behold, we have twins and both are boys. God really did give us 2 (boys) like I prayed for and He gave them to us as twins - something I did not even pray for. What a miracle Lord. 🥹 Wala Ka talagang limit. 💖💖💖 Thank you for our boys," she concluded happily.

The couple has playfully introduced their sweet babies to the world as "The EduarDOS," wrapping the newborns, Juanito and Antonino, in custom swaddles for their little ones.
