"Gusto ko rin mapag-usapan 'to eh. Kunyari, yan, nasa showbiz, 'di ba? So nag-asawa na. Tapos, daming nagtatanong bakit daw hindi ulit gumawa ng project, together, mga ganyan-ganyan. Work lang naman daw yun."

He explained that he and Kristine have both agreed on the matter and that it comes from their own shared values as husband and wife.

"Buti na nga lang, kami ni Tin, we both agree. It's our own personal conviction na ayaw na naming makatrabaho din yung mga ex namin, sa totoo lang."

The actor added that one reason behind their decision is the nature of some scenes that actors may be required to perform. He admitted that he would not feel comfortable seeing his wife share romantic scenes with another man, especially if it involved someone she had a relationship with in the past.

"Kasi number one, it's dangerous. Siyempre, kung kunyari, lagyan kayo ng bed scene, kissing scene. Parang ako, sa asawa ko, parang ayoko naman na nakikita ko na may kahalikan na ibang lalaki yung asawa ko."

Oyo Boy stressed that this is simply their personal choice as a married couple. He did not criticize other actors or couples who have different views on the matter. Instead, he shared their own approach to protecting their relationship while continuing their careers in the entertainment industry.
