Former child star Mika Dela Cruz shared an emotional and heartwarming experience as she finally returned to Austria after nearly nine years. The actress documented her homecoming trip in a Facebook post and video, where she expressed deep gratitude for the warm welcome she and her husband, actor Nash Aguas, received from her family.

Upon arriving in Innsbruck, Mika recounted how her relatives personally picked them up and made sure they were comfortable from the very beginning of their stay. She revealed that her family even prepared a special place for them to stay during their two-week visit in Inzing, Austria.
“Grabe guys kakarating lang namin dito sa Innsbruck tapos dumiretso kami sa house ng family namin–– sila ‘yung naginvite at sila ‘yung nagsundo sa amin doon sa bus terminal sa Innsbruck airport. Dumiretso kami sa bahay ng family namin sa Inzing and then nandito kami ngayon. Bliness nila kami, niregaluhan nila kami ng apartment five minutes from their house dito sa Inzing,” she expressed.
Mika could not hide her emotions as she shared how meaningful the reunion was, especially since it had been almost a decade since she last saw her relatives in Austria. The visit also became extra special because it was the first time Nash met her family in person.

“Sobrang nakakatuwa kasi ang tagal ko silang hindi nakita — almost nine years, I think — and it’s the first time na na-meet sila ni Nash and sobrang thoughtful nila. Sobrang nararamdaman lang namin na sobrang grateful lang kami,” she added.
She further shared how overwhelmed she felt by the love and kindness shown to them, emphasizing how blessed she felt during their first day in the country.
“Sobrang grateful lang, and first day palang pero sobrang nararamdaman namin ‘yung pagmamahal ni Lord through them kasi first time nila mameet si Nash pero grabe talagang sobrang bait nila,” she ended.
