The incident happened on April 25, 2026, in New Manila, Quezon City. Muhlach spoke about the matter during the press conference for his upcoming film Pasakalye held in Quezon City on Wednesday.
According to the actor, police officers from Station 11 personally visited his home and encouraged him to pursue legal action so authorities could move forward with the case.

He added that investigators allegedly discovered the suspects were part of an organized group operating in several areas around Quezon City.
“Grupo na daw po kasi sila, meron mga chart. And last week nagpunta ako sa Quezon City Hall. Nag-file ako ng kaso kasi alam na raw ng pulis kung sino— gawain na raw po nila sa New Manila, Tomas Morato, Timog, hindi lang isang motor gamit,” he explained.
Muhlach also shared that some of his important documents have already been recovered, including his Spanish and Philippine passports. However, other stolen belongings remain unaccounted for.
The actor said investigators traced the missing items through CCTV footage and later discovered the passports abandoned in a drainage area.
“Sinundan ng CCTV, siguro ng nakita na Andrew Muhlach, nilaglag nila sa drainage. Buti na lang walang tubig. Hindi kailangan palitan,” he recalled.
Despite recovering the passports, Muhlach admitted he became alarmed after realizing that several sensitive personal details were inside the stolen items.
“Natakot lang ako andoon kasi address ko and lahat ng information so kailangan mahuli sana talaga,” he added.
The actor is currently promoting Pasakalye, where he stars alongside Marco Gumabao, Denise Esteban, Jeric Raval, and Angelica Hart.
