After three years together, Miguel Tanfelix offered a rare and candid update about his relationship with Ysabel Ortega, addressing questions about whether wedding bells could be next.

In an interview with Boy Abunda, the Kapuso actor described their relationship as strong and fulfilling.
“Very stable kami ngayon,” Miguel said.
“We’re very happy.”

He also openly expressed his feelings for his partner.
“Ako, sobrang love ko si Ysabel,” he added.
Despite their closeness, Miguel clarified that marriage is not something they are rushing into. Instead, the couple is focusing on personal growth and shared experiences.
“Para sa amin, mas pinapayaman muna namin ‘yung sarili naming karanasan,” he explained.
“Siguro mas pinapa-mature muna namin ang isa’t isa bago kami mag-step forward.”
He underscored the importance of being fully ready before making a lifelong commitment.
“Kasi naniniwala kami na kailangang buo muna kami,” he said.
While they are not in a hurry, conversations about the future have already taken place.
“Yes, Tito Boy…napag-uusapan namin ‘yung mga plano namin,” Miguel revealed.
When asked about his ideal timeline, the actor shared a more distant goal.
“Ako, ang sinasagot ko mga early to mid 30s,” he said.
Miguel noted that there is still much he wants to accomplish.
Miguel and Ysabel’s relationship first sparked during their time together on “Voltes V: Legacy” in 2023, eventually becoming official later that year.
