The video, originally posted by @nanay_bebot_official, shows Phillip addressing a crowd with the words "bring him home," seemingly referring to former President Rodrigo Duterte, who was recently flown to The Hague to face proceedings at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
However, it wasn't just the actor's speech that caught the attention of eagle-eyed netizens online.

In the comment section of the now-viral post, Gloria chimed in with a pointed message: "Yung anak mo, padalan mo ng pera."
The short yet loaded comment quickly went viral as netizens expressed surprise at Gloria's bluntness, with some even noting the words "no filter since 1969" as her bio on Instagram.
It is worth recalling that Phillip has a son, Joshua, with television host and actress Kris Aquino.
