Darryl Yap's camp has filed a motion, requesting the court to issue a gag order against Vic Sotto.

According to Bandera, the gag order will prevent Vic's camp to say anything about the 19 counts of cyberlibel filed against the director.

The case surrounds the teaser trailer that Darryl's TROPP movie showed, where there was a mention of the name of Vic Sotto.

Atty. Raymond Fortun, the legal counsel of the director said that they have already filed the motion with the Muntinlupa City Regional Trial Court (RTC).

Earlier, Vic sought for P35 million in damages from Darryl.
