Angelica Panganiban recently shared on Instagram several photos of her that she said were taken during her “modeling era.”

The photos she shared came from as early as 1993, when she was still a little girl, where she won in a contest at a local mall.
Angge then reminisced it was during that time that her mom began dreaming for her.
“In my modeling era ✨ presenting, your little miss SM 2nd runner up 1993, Angelica Panganiban 🙇♀️,” Angelica wrote in a caption to her post.

“Dito nag simula ang lahat ng pangarap ni mama para sakin. Yes, pangarap niya,” she added.
The actress then said that for her part, her dream at the time was very simple.
“Ang pangarap ko lang nung 6 yrs old ako ay makapag laro sa kapit bahay na hindi ako hahanapin kahit madilim na. (Shoutout sa mga kalaro ko sa Balut, Tondo),” the actress said.
Angge then shared what talent she showed when she joined the contest.
“Tumula nga pala ko ng “the owl and the pussycat” para sakin talent portion. Talo ako malamang. Yung mga kasamahan ko nag doble kara, nag magic, super dance at birit. Walang placing ang tulang ambag ko. And I,, Thank You!!” Angelica humorously said.
The actress is now recognized as one of the most versatile actress in Philippine cinema.
