Chesca Garcia and Doug Kramer’s second daughter, Scarlett Louvelle, is celebrating her 13th birthday.

As Scarlett enters her teenage phase, Doug took to social media to dedicate a heartfelt post to the birthday celebrant.
On his Instagram page, Doug shared a set of photos of Scarlett, some of which display their precious moments together.
In the caption, the celebrity dad expressed disbelief as to how time flies quickly.

“How is my baby doll 13 already?! We officially have 2 teenagers now @chekakramer!” Doug wrote.
The former PBA star went on to pen his earnest message to his beloved daughter.
“Happy happy birthday to our sweet, athletic, feisty but beautiful baby doll! Even at 13, thank you for always still hugging and kissing papa.”
“I love you so much sweetheart!” he affectionately added.
Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia tied the knot on Oct. 9, 2008, at the Blue Leaf Events Place in McKinley Hill, Taguig City. Their closest friends and family attended the event. They have three adorable kids – Clair Kendra Kramer, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer, and Gavin Phoenix Kramer.
Doug Kramer recently lauded his eldest daughter, Kendra Kramer, online. On his Instagram page, Doug detailed how Kendra prepared for her swimming competition. According to Doug, Kendra would wake up as early as 4:30 AM and trained twice a day. Needless to say, Doug expressed how proud he and Cheska Garcia are of their daughter.
Earlier, Doug stirred social media buzz after writing a beautiful note online. The said message was dedicated to his daughter, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer. In his post, Doug recalled an old conversation he's had with Scarlett about Kendra Kramer. "I remember this conversation with Scarlett years ago... 'Dad, I find my Ate Kendra so beautiful! Am I pretty like her?'" Doug recalled. He then praised Scarlett in his viral post, which touched the hearts of netizens.
