Doug Kramer, a celebrity dad, recently shared how his eldest daughter, Kendra, has prepared herself for a swimming competition.
On his Instagram page, Doug posted a lengthy message lauding Kendra's determination and discipline in the world of swimming.

In his post, Doug said how he and his wife, Cheska Garcia, have seen how their daughter climbed her way up to reach amazing feats.
"Kendra, mom and I truly believe in you! People will see the 3rd place, the 2nd place, and might even question it, but they don't see and realize the climb you've done from the bottom. But we have," he wrote on his Instagram page.

According to Doug, Kendra would train twice a day, waking up at 4:30 AM, all while balancing her school and other commitments in life.
"All the sacrifice of training 2x a day, waking up [at] 4:30 am, getting in land and gym workouts, to balancing school and other commitments. These are the seeds you've been planting, and you're slowly starting to harvest," he wrote online.

Doug Kramer and Cheska Garcia tied the knot on Oct. 9, 2008, at the Blue Leaf Events Place in McKinley Hill, Taguig City. Their closest friends and family attended the event. They have three adorable kids – Clair Kendra Kramer, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer, and Gavin Phoenix Kramer.
As previously reported by KAMI, Doug Kramer is mourning the passing of Raymond Ko. Raymond, who is a makeup artist, was close with the Kramers, serving as Cheska's all-in-one assistant. According to Doug, deaths have been "hitting too close to home" recently. He then penned a touching, heartwarming note to Raymond in his online post.
