Jeremy Jauncey’s post way back in August of 2023 about the resilience of his wife, Pia Wurtzbach, has resurfaced.

In Jeremy’s 2023 post, he said that his wife had wanted to break into the European fashion market but unfortunately, both he and his wife had “no network, no opportunities, and no credibility” in the said industry.

“Every story starts somewhere. A chance encounter, a lucky break, a half open door..... I've always found the best stories have one thing in common- that person with a passionate, relentless, undefeatable drive to achieve,” Jeremy had said in his 2023 post.

“That ability to push against the odds, to take a risk when others tell them no and to chase a dream no matter how far away it seems,” he also said in the same post.

“Three years ago you told me you wanted to break into European fashion- but we had no network, no opportunities and no credibility,” Jeremy said in a post in august of 2023.

In the same post, he also said that the beauty queen, despite being told by many she’d never make it to the fashion weeks as her best years were already behind her continued to pursue her dream.

“I've been with you as you worked every angle, took every meeting, trusted many who promised so much and delivered so little. Set back after set back on a journey that only we knew about,” Jeremy said then.

“But quietly, under the radar, you grinded. And grinded. And grinded. And despite even as early as this year being told you'd never make it to fashion weeks and your best years were behind you, you did. And you delivered. To a level even we didn't hope for in our wildest dreams,” he also said way back then.

“So whilst social media only shows the glitz & the glamour, never forget that every story starts somewhere... and I know how far away this story started for you. I'm so proud of you @piawurtzbach,” Jeremy said in an August 2023 post.

The said old post resurfaced amid Justin Soriano’s recent pronouncements defending Pia saying that the beauty queen did not steal any contacts as she was already known and “well-connected.”

This prompted some netizens to ask which of the two statements are true, Jeremy’s or Justin’s.

A screenshot shared by Fashion Pulis showed a netizen asking Justin about this.

“So sino pong nagsasabi ng totoo sa inyo? “No network, no opportunities, no credibility" vs "well connected,” the netizen asked.

Pia Wurtzbach is a Filipino-German actress, model, and Miss Universe 2015 titleholder. She is one of the four Filipinas to earn the title. She is now married to travel entrepreneur Jeremy Jauncey. They had their wedding in Seychelles and it was a very private one.

In a recent post on social media, Pia issued an appeal to some netizens. She then revealed there are netizens who have been harassing the page of Style Not Com, a fashion site owned by Beka Gvishiani. The Ms. Universe 2015 titleholder then emphasized that she and Beka are on good terms and there are no issues between them. The beauty queen then encouraged netizens to just use their time to generate something positive.

Meanwhile previously, netizens noticed that Heart Evangelista and Pia are no longer following each other on Instagram. One quick look at their respective accounts would show they are not on the following list. This is amid the issues circulating both Pinay celebrities after the issue with Heart's former glam team. It is worth recalling that Pia was spotted with Heart's former glam team after they had a falling out with the socialite.
