She highlighted how the connection of her Tito Elvis and Alexa taught her the kind of love that she envisioned.

It was a "healthy, real and resilient love," and she said that she saw that they were just simply more than lovers, they were actually best friends.

She also underscored the beautiful life that her aunt lived.

Lorin's grandfather, Eddie Gutierrez also gave an emotional eulogy for Alexa.

Alexa, aside from being the wife of Elvis, is very close to the entire Gutierrez clan and is even regarded by Annabelle Rama as her own daughter.

She felt disturbing symptoms of an ailment while they were on a family vacation in Japan in late December.

Upon coming home to the Philippines, she was brought by her husband to a doctor and was diagnosed with leukemia early this year.

Lorin's mother, Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutierrez is a beauty queen, actress, and model from the Philippines. She is the daughter of celebrities Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama. She was the second runner-up in Miss World 1993 pageant. Over the years, Ruffa has starred in various television shows and movies.

Recently, Lorin also shared a touching post about her uncle Elvis Gutierrez and his late wife, Alexa Gutierrez. She revealed that Elvis wears matching shoes every day of the wake, bringing Alexa's pair with him. Alexa Gutierrez recently passed away after battling leukemia. Moreover, Lorin's post highlights the enduring love between Elvis and Alexa.
