The new post of veteran actress Aiko Melendez seemed to have finally settled the rumors that she and her boyfriend Jay Khonghun already broke up.
KAMI learned that the speculations sparked when the said celebrity admitted in a social media post that their relationship is going through a tough challenge.
Aiko expressed that her love affair with Jay is just like other relationships that also face unending difficulties and hardships.
She revealed that they quarrel about being insensitive and careless, and she thinks they are the effect of having busy schedules.
"You guys might be wondering why am I travelling alone, and speculations have been going around na wala na po kami. Aamin ko po ako Jay and I are just like ordinary couples who goes thru arguments and little fights,” the actress wrote.
"Mostly we fight about him being careless and insensitive with my emotions. Probably because he is busy and now ako naman ang magiging busy… Ako, I’m being honest. Jay and I are going through a phase now,” she added.
However, in a recent photo that Aiko uploaded on Instagram, it showed that she and her politician boyfriend are already okay since they were seen being sweet to each other.
They brought their sweetness to Las Vegas and the actress stressed through the caption of her post that they are stronger now as a couple.
“Amidst all the trials, challenges here we are still together. Stronger Together!” she wrote.
“Ayiee nagpapa-cute lang pala si VG at ginagalit si Madam Aiko. Love always win at yun din palagi ang pipiliin. God bless po to both of you,” a netizen commented.
