Sarah Wurtzbach addresses the negative comments on Pia Wurtzbach's achievements

Pia Wurtzbach's sister, Sarah Wurtzbach, has finally come forward to defend her sister from the "negativity" her accomplishments have received.

On Sunday, July 7, Reddit user @snowgirlasnarmy posted a screenshot of Sarah's comment on an Instagram post, addressing the "negativity" online.

According to Sarah, the people who once cheered for her sister during her Miss Universe parade are the same people who are trying to bring her down.

She also mentioned how it breaks her heart to see such negativity around her sister's achievements, when her sister works tirelessly for it.

By the end of her message, Sarah said to spread positivity and to celebrate the accomplishments.

"It truly breaks my heart to see negativity around my sister's achievements. The same people who cheered for her during her Miss Universe parade are now trying to bring her down. If you had a family member who worked tirelessly for the family, rising from humble beginnings, you'd understand the pride we feel. Let's spread positivity and celebrate each other's accomplishments," she wrote.

Pia Wurtzbach is a Filipino-German actress, model, and Miss Universe 2015 titleholder. She is one of the four Filipinas to earn the title. She is now married to travel entrepreneur Jeremy Jauncey. They had their wedding in Seychelles.

This time, she was accompanied by her dashing, and handsome husband, Jeremy Jauncey. In the viral video, that was taken by Magic Liwanag, the couple looked absolutely in love.

Meanwhile, Pia Wurtzbach expressed her gratitude on social media. On Wednesday, May 1, she uploaded a series of photos taken at The EMIGALA. She then thanked everyone on social media for supporting her on her journey. Aside from this, Pia also excused herself for her late posts about the awards show.
