Ogie Diaz, in a recent social media post, gave an important advice on how to handle “stress” or stressful situations.

Perhaps in an attempt to reach a wider audience, the showbiz reporter and talent manager opted to impart his advice through a post on Instagram Stories.

In his post, he included a smiling photo of himself, along with an inline caption that tells one on how to best handle stress.

“Ngitian mo lang ang mga stress,” Ogie said.

He also reminded everyone that stressful situations would not stay put but would just gradually fade away.

“Lilipas din yan,” the showbiz reporter and talent manager said.

Mama Ogs then told his followers to remember there is one other important thing they should need to always remember.

“Mahal ka ng Diyos,” Ogie said.

Ogie Diaz is one of the most famous showbiz reporters in the Philippines. He is also an accomplished comedian and has appeared in several sitcoms and movies since the 90's. At the moment, his YouTube channel Ogie Diaz Inspires and Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update are the most watched where he actively provides news from the world of showbiz.

Recently, Ogie also addressed on Facebook some of the questions about his former talent, Liza Soberano. The talent manager clarified that they haven't seen each other in two years but would greet her if they met accidentally. According to Ogie, he holds no grudge against Liza and only comments to correct narratives. Lastly, he fondly recalled their past collaboration and the effort put into her rise to fame.

Previously, he also took to Facebook Stories and shared a cryptic message. The comedian and manager seemed to be addressing someone without namin anyone in particular. In his post, he said not to lie anymore and that he actually is in possession of evidence. Mama Ogs also said that there really is nothing wrong.
