Gigi de Lana, who mourns the death of her mother, has taken to social media and shared another heartfelt post.

In her latest tribute to her late mother, Imelda de Lana, the singer expressed how much she misses her mama.

"Miss na miss kita Mama, Ang hirap ma. Ang sakit sakit."

She also emotionally shared, "We are not perfect. I'm not perfect I made mistakes and I'm sorry. But I am perfect to my mom."

Gigi likewise expressed gratitude to those who consoled her amidst her grief.

"Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nag punta. And sa lahat ng nag condolence. It’s ok if yung iba hindi nakapunta. Ok lang yun. Alam ko mga busy din kayo. Salamat."

She further wrote, "Pahinga lang din muna ako. This is very painful. Kasi kami lang dalawa ang magkasama hanggang sa paglaki ko. My mom raised me well. Ang sakit lang na hindi ko na maffeel yakap niya. Pati pag susuklay niya sa buhok ko. Mahal na mahal ko siya."

In her post, the singer penned a short yet heartfelt farewell message for her late mom. In earlier interviews, Gigi disclosed that her mother was diagnosed with stage 4 brèast cancer.

Her followers, including celebrities, flocked to the comments section to send condolences to the singer. Ogie Alcasid, Darren Espanto, and Janine Berdin are among those who immediately commented on Gigi’s announcement.
