In her commentary, Lolit said that talks about Alden being romantically linked to Kathryn have been bringing excitement to many.
“Salve hindi ko akalain na magiging exciting iyon pagli link kay Alden Richards at Kathryn Bernardo. Nung una hindi pinapansin pero habang tumatagal nagkakaruon na ng ingay at excitement sa marami.”
Manay Lolit went on and stressed, “Kaya masarap na single ka at walang comittment dahil kahit kanino puwede ka ipareha. Masarap din na single ka dahil exciting pag meron ili link sa iyo. Kaya siguro hangga ngayon mas gusto ni Alden Richards na maging single muna. Tignan mo puwede siya ipareha sa sinuman single din na babae.”

The veteran showbiz columnist and talent manager also expressed her opinion on why Alden should not rush into finding love.
“Saka hindi naman dapat magmadali lalo pa nga at successful naman ang career mo, guwapo ka at wala naman expiration date ang isang lalaki. Si P’noy Aquino nga single nabuhay pero naging achiever naman. At hangga huli hindi nalimutan iyon mga romantic linking niya. Kaya naman dapat huwag magpa pressure si Alden Richards sa mga mapilit na magkaruon na siya ng lovelife. Kung wala pa siya mapili ok lang, no rush. Hindi kailangan magmadali. Take his time.”
