Shine then explained herself and said that it was simply a part of her workout.

She revealed that she has been boxing for a long time already.

She then advised moms to find an exercise that they would love.

"One thing I advice other moms/ladies is to find an exercise that they will enjoy. May it be zumba, running, weightlifting, pilates, etc. Basta dapat looking forward tayo sa workout natin at hindi tayo natatakot.
