The sister of the resort owner, Julieta Sablas, used to admit that there were some parts of the hill that would be extracted.

R.A. 7586 prohibits the “mutilating, defacing or destroying objects of natural beauty; squatting, mineral locating, or occupying any land; constructing or maintaining any kind of structure, fence or enclosures.”

According to ABS-CBN's report, the DENR issued a temporary closure order against the resort.

The construction of the resort also elicited negative reactions from netizens, a Rappler report noted.

Posts, such as photos or videos, that arouse the interest of netizens would often go viral on social media. These viral posts appeal to the emotions of netizens, and in rare cases, such could also happen to ordinary people. The billboard example is one of those that could truly tickle the fancy of many.

One example of such viral video is that of a husband singing his last karaoke for his dying wife. The video was uploaded on TikTok by Angela Lynn Narido, the sister of Hannah who had stage 4 cancer. In the video, one could see that Hannah was in pain, but mustered up the strength to also sing for her husband the song, "Through the Years." In an interview with The Philippine STAR, Angela said that they were all singing when Hannah, who was in the room, came out to join them.

Many are currently guessing as to who was "D."
