Gladys Reyes is among the prominent personalities who have paid their respects to Jaclyn Jose at her wake in Quezon City.

Gladys took to social media to share photos and clips taken as she attended the wake.

Several celebrities are also spotted in the 46-year-old actress’s post. Among those seen in the post are Andi Eigenmann, Philmar Alipayo, Coco Martin, Vice Ganda, Alden Richards, and ABS-CBN’s COO for Broadcast Cory Vidanes, to name a few.

In the caption, Gladys also wrote about the amount of love that Jaclyn and the bereaved family have been receiving.

“Sana alam ni ate Jane @jaclynjose na ang dami-daming nagmamahal sa kanya at kung paano sya nag-iwan ng tatak sa bawat taong nakasama at nakatrabaho nya,” Gladys penned.

“Sa pagkakataon na to, kapuso, kapamilya o kapatid, nagkakaisang karamay ng kanyang pamilya sa biglaang pagkawala ni ate Jane,” she added.

Mary Jane Santa Ana Guck, also known by her stage name Jaclyn Jose, was a Filipino cinema and TV actress who had earned international critical acclaim. Jaclyn won the Best Actress award for the film “Ma'Rosa” at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. She was also known for her roles in the films "Private Show", "White Slavery", and "Santa Juana". Jaclyn was the mother of another famous actress, Andi Eigenmann.

Andi is currently grieving over Jaclyn’s sudden demise. The veteran actress passed away on March 2 at the age of 60. A couple of days after her mother’s demise, Andi shared a meaningful post on Instagram Stories. Her post contains a poem about feeling the presence of a loved one through the sun, rain, and wind.

Andi’s daughter Ellie Ejercito reshared on Instagram Stories a post about Jaclyn and Cherie Gil. The post initially published by Instagram user @thisaintseth shows a lovely photo of the two late veteran actresses. Cherie passed away on August 5, 2022, while Jaclyn died last March 2.
