Pokwang once more caught the attention of netizens after she responded to a netizen who was commenting on the post of Lee O'Brian.
The netizen was trying to assuage Lee, by telling him that he should not worry because one day, Malia would be the one who would be going to him.
"Huwag kang mag-alala Lee darating ang panahon si Malia mismo ang pupunta sayo."
Pokie then replied to this comment with strong words.

In her reply, she said that it would only be for Malia to confront her father because Lee allegedly does not act like a father, and only does so in social media.
"Oo para sumbatan sya dahil di naman nagpaka-ama sa socmed lang. Tse!"
Earlier, she also responded to a netizen who was saying that she was pretty sure that even if Lee could no longer set foot in the Philippines, he would still be bringing the woman he loves to the U.S.
Pokwang's response to her was, "Bla bla bla bla huhuhuhuhuhu waaaaa! Iyak na kayo dali iyak! Lalayas na yan dali iya!"
Marietta Subong or Pokwang is among the most well-loved comediennes in the industry. Her frank and motherly ways are always "patok" among Filipinos. She used to be with ABS-CBN but moved to GMA during the pandemic. Some of her popular movies are “Call Center,” “A Mother’s Story,” and “Edsa Woolworth.” She has two daughters, Mae and Malia. Her split with Lee O'Brian has caused a buzz on social media.
The TV host and comedienne also hit back at a netizen who commented on Lee O'Brian's Instagram wall. The netizen was saying that even if Lee would not be able to set foot in the Philippines anymore, he will still bring the woman he loves to the U.S. The same netizen also said that if such happens, then Pokwang would get so mad, and also said that the actress is very unhappy. Pokie then responded and said, "Iyak na kayo dali iyak."
She also recently took to social media to celebrate a special occasion in her family. On January 18, Thursday, Pokwang celebrated her "little Tisay's" birthday. She posted a heartwarming reel containing all her heartwarming moments with Malia. Needless to say, this has touched the hearts of many of her fans and followers online.
