Kris Bernal, a first-time mom, published a new post regarding the motherhood journey.

On Instagram Stories, the actress shared a clip showing herself who has just woken up from a few hours of sleep.

She shared in the on-screen caption that she just had at least three hours of sleep, which she considers a “blessing.”

“What a blessing it is to finally get at least three hours of sleep,” the celebrity mommy expressed.
