In a lengthy and emotional statement, Ser Geybin revealed that the breakup came only after both of them exhausted every effort to save their relationship. According to him, the decision was not made lightly, as they had been struggling privately long before informing the public.

“Hindi biro ang pitong taon na saya at pagmamahal,” he wrote.

Ser Geybin explained that while supporters mostly saw happiness throughout their years together, there were also personal battles that remained hidden behind their smiles. He said they delayed announcing the separation because they were still trying to repair their relationship and hoped they could overcome their challenges.

“Lahat po ginawa namin pero hindi po kami nagtagumpay isalba ang relasyon namin,” he said.

The content creator also addressed rumors that circulated recently involving a photo that sparked speculation among netizens. He firmly denied claims that another woman was responsible for the breakup.

“Kaibigan ko po iyon, at hindi po iyon ang dahilan ng aming hiwalayan,” he stated.

According to Ser Geybin, Elma was fully aware of the circumstances surrounding the trip connected to the viral photo, adding that both of them had separate plans at the time.

He also issued an apology to the woman and her family, who became subjects of criticism and online attacks because of the rumors.
