On his Instagram page, Xavi wrote a lengthy post containing his heartfelt anniversary message to his other half.
He expressed gratitude that they found each other and vowed to protect his other half.
"I know the past has been unkind to us, which is why I'm always grateful we found each other. Since we met, I've listened and wiped your tears away. With every win, and with every loss. I will always be right beside you to always make tomorrow another great day."
