She shared that wearing makeup is not a sign of insecurity, but rather, a way to express oneself.
The actress highlighted that the face is a canvas and that it is up to someone to present how one wishes to look.
Marian said that if one would feel that the makeup would make her look more beautiful and confident, then one would just have to have a go for it.

"I think hindi. For me putting makeup hindi ibig sabihin na pag naglagay ka ng makeup insecure ka, it’s the way of how you express yourself eh. Ngayon kasi, parang sinasabi mo na your face is a canvas, it’s up to you kung paano mo gagawin mo para sa sarili mo to express yourself. So for me, it’s not insecurity. Kung yun ang feeling mo na maging mas maganda ka, magiging mas may kumpiyansa ka sa sarili mo, why not? You can manage yourself kung saan ka happy, yun ang gawin mo.
